NEW SPP RULES & REGULATIONS GUIDELINES 03.05.2011

IMPORTANT GUIDELINES FOR ALL AGENTS
“MUST READ COMPULSORY”
                                                                                                                        Date: - 03rd – may - 2011
1)     We strongly advice students to pay complete One year Tuition Fees, and they can have an Education Loan of 4 to 5 Lac only.

2)     If student is planning to pay only First Semester Fees then, it is advisable to pay from Bank Education Loan amount, means they need to have at least 10 Lac education Loan and they can pay around 2.5-3 Lac as an First Semester Tuition Fees of the college / university. So balance 7.5lac they can show as cost of living funds.

3)     The Student should obtain the Education Loan from the Bank, in which they have FD or Parents is having Bank Account, and they are required to do the Wire Transfer from the same Bank. Strongly not advisable to open New Bank Account

4)    Minimum second class with not more then 1 or 2 backlog, If more than that 2 backlogs then chances of getting visa would be less under SPP Category.

5)     Please DO NOT Accept Application with IELTS of 5.5 bands or less than 5.0 in any section/module and / or TOEFL score. Means Student should have 6.0 IELTS bands, with No Band Less than 5.0. For SPP category consideration.

6)     Up to 3 Years No need to show Fraud Work Experience, if student is Unemployed or having no real work experience. (Please show “UNEMPLOYED” in VISA file)

7)     If any student application REFUSED under SPP or General Category, then as per the new rule they cannot submit their VISA Application under SPP category in next intake/semester. Means a Student can submit his/her file under SPP only ONCE. If student want to submit file again then He/She can file again under general Category.

PLEASE NOTE 1.: Beware of fraud Bank loan like arranging through a FINANCIER  as now a days Canadian High Commission is investigation this type of cases very seriously and some colleges will also not refund tuition fees for fraudulent documents if any refusal and CIC will put your agency in Blacklist.

PLEASE NOTE 2. In recent investigation CHC have found that in South India mainly in HYDERABAD that many AGENTS are charging EXTRA MONEY from students to get their education loan done by fraudulent ways (SETTING)these agents will be black listed and they will not be able to do business and will be BAN in Canada again.

It is Must to show your VISA file, once it is ready, before submitting your VISA file to VFS, so that we can provide you our best of the Services to get the VISA.
